What is NPL?

NLP is the study of subjective human experience,
how we organize what we perceive and how we can check and filter the outside world through our senses.

It also explores the way we communicate our representation of the world through language.

NLP is a pragmatic school of thought that provides tools and skills for the development of best states in communication and change.

it promotes flexibility of behavior, strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental processes. At a time when the communication is located in the center of global concern, NLP quickly occupied a strategic position between the disciplines that allow individuals to optimize resources.

Doctors, psychologists, educators, professionals from different areas and large companies currently apply NLP, both for individual development and optimization of each human group and for therapeutic processes.

We can consider NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) as the human brain software. This technique describes how the mind works and is structured, how people think, how they learn, motivate, interact, communicate, evolve and change. Through a detailed study of communication, verbal or nonverbal, NLP becomes an excellent means of self-knowledge and personal development.

NLP can solve some limitations, such as phobias, fears and similar situations in few sessions. The results that may be obtained include:

  • Increase personal confidence improves communication.

  • Each person finds unused resources.

  • Increases considerably creativity.

  • Improves health.

  • Change in belief system, especially the negative.

  • It helps to live in the here and now.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) distinguishes three types of people, as the channel of choice to see the world and learn. Of course we all use all channels, but there is always one that prevails:

Visual

They perceive the world through images. They think in images and scenes, even when listening to music or talk. Capture a lot of information at once, which is not arranged in a linear or sequential manner, but the mind map. They talk too fast, and move their hands to express themselves. There is a great need to maintain eye contact with the person who is speaking.

Hearing

They perceive the world through sound.

How do they think when they are talking, listening to music and sounds in general. They are methodical and secuneciales,

they do one thing after finishing the other and not both.Generally do not capture the information as quickly as the visual, but are the cleanest.

Hear the person speak, but sometimes without looking at them or without being in contact.

Cinestétic

They perceive the world through sensations.they Remember the situations through experienced sensations.

they very Perceive the temperature, touch, smell, etc. It has a memory more "muscular", they are slower to assimilate the information, but once you begin to grasp is hard to forget. They like to have contact with whom they are speaking. These people often have school failure, not for lack of intelligence, or anything, but by school offer only visual and auditory channels.
